OK it’s nearly December, the forecast is for snow and plummeting temperatures in the next few weeks so maybe it’s time to think about getting out of Dodge for a week or two!
Lanzarote has a winter temperature that is perfect for a mountain bike holiday with maybe a few days R&R on the beach thrown in afterwards; and you will discover an island that defies all your expectations – from palm tree filled villages that look like oases in an African desert, to miles of recent lava flows as well as some excellent single-track and mountain climbs and descents.
